Computer Systems Approach, Inc. was founded in 1980 by Dr. Larry Canter as a Consulting firm which focused on Customer Software development both in Real-Time Applications and also Accounting Software. CSA has evolved into one product, a software package for the Service industry and also as a Service Center for the printers and computers.

CSASERV, a software package designed by CSA, is a low cost software package for the pool and the similar operation business like landscaping service... CSASERV can generate invoices and statements and print a route sheet. 

In the computer support area, CSA works on generic, Hewlett Packard, Dell, Gateway and other brands.  CSA computer related work deals with software and relates to reloading windows XP or whichever system the customer has on their computer, installing anti-virus , and spy-ware detecting software, solving registry problems, finding the correct software drivers, loading dial up and DSL network software and installing various user supplied applications such as Microsoft office, Quickbooks, Turbo tax...  and other usually user supplied applications  When customer computers have problem, they bring then to CSA for service. CSA also installs networking software.

In the printer support area, CSA is an authorized service center for Epson, Okidata, Hewlett Packard, and Samsung and does work on other brands. CSA does warranty and non-warranty work on Ink Jets, Lasers, dot matrix printers, faxes and copier. CSA solves problems ranging from paper jams to ink jets not printing, to replaced fusers, drums or toner.

In addition to services, CSA also sell computer parts, cases, printers, and consumables such as ribbons, ink cartridges, toner, drum, cartridges and paper supplies.
